Activities focusing on motor milestones for babies up to 3 months
We will show you specific exercises and positions using a life-like doll so that you can follow along with the therapist or play with your baby at home!
LEARN strategies for:
Tummy time - HOW do you get your baby to LIKE tummy time? How EARLY should you do tummy time? If your baby doesn’t like tummy time, what else can you do to get them stronger?
Back time - WHY is back time important? What can you do with your baby on their back to get them stronger?
Sitting - Importance of early sitting and positions to place your baby to get them stronger.
Standing - WHY is standing your baby early important? And, HOW to stand with them.
Side time: WHY is side time important for your baby - HOW do you get them to like it?
